Stealthy Lines and Excessive Colour

Sometimes its nice to get out of the studio and integrate with other members of society, so in keeping with that thought, I've spent the last couple of days working with the very clever Nina Squire (http://www.thepastelartist.co.uk/) at home. Nina uses pastels to paint portraits of dogs and horses and is flipping well good at it, and I've been drawing a picture to celebrate the coming of spring. Here we both are working under the watchful gaze of the Mighty Stevie Holmes's painting of Monument Valley.
